Mechanical Estimator - Rochester - £45,000 to £55,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

Are you an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking to advance your career?

Do you enjoy producing tenders on new build residential projects?

This Mechanical Contractor specialise exclusively within the Residential sector and are looking for an experienced Estimator to help win more projects as they continue to grow the business portfolio.

You will join an already established Estimating team, assisting the Projects department to produce competitive tenders.

Projects tend to be within the Residential sector, including District Heating and Energy Centre projects, valued up to £2 million.

As a Mechanical Estimator you will be expected to:

* Bring tenders to Prime Stage
* Price to win bids
* Help with the development of junior staff as needed
* Work well with other departments

In return you will receive:

* A salary of between £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
* Car / Car allowance
* Healthcare
* Pension
* Generous Holiday allowance
