A M&E multidisciplinary company, who work directly with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, have four very clear complimentary divisions, being M&E, Construction, Facilities Managment and Project Services and are looking for a Mechanical Estimator for a £30m turnover. Their reputation for first class delivery, competitive pricing and innovative solutions has meant that they have been able to compete on, secure and deliver a diverse range of projects. They have maintained a strong presence during this tough year and are now looking to expand even further.
Initially this role will involve being a stand along senior estimator controlling mechanical Tenders up to £3million. The position is in need of an individual capable of growing with the role and the business.

- Implementation of company practices in tendering.
- Take off's and variations.
- Liaison with external consultants.
- Establish bid strategies from earliest possible stage.
- Preparation of prime cost estimates.
- Completion of fully considered tenders at settlement stage.
- Advise on finalisation matters of risk, qualification and margin.
- Successful post tender negotiations.
- In conjunction with marketing function prepare pre bid submissions/pre-qualification documents.
