Mechanical Estimator/ Senior Mechanical Estimator required - North West London

I'm currently working with a tier 1 contractor based in North West London who are looking to recruit an additional Mechanical Estimator to their team. Great company culture and benefits along with the opportunity to work on a mixture of prestigious projects across the South East.

Please see below typical duties that will be included within the role but not limited to:



* Prepare tenders
* Breakdown client enquiries
* Measure/Assess quantities and prepare schedules if required
* Prepare detailed Mechanical estimates
* Support and help implement the company growth strategy
* Tender presentations
* Supporting contracts managers with variations and final accounts

Skills required:



* Ability to meet & exceed targets
* Self-motivating attitude
* Ability to work alone
* Experience working with M&E Sub Contractor
