Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Corporate Law Firm - Central London - Days

Exciting and rare opportunity for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join an established maintenance team within an amazing London landmark property in Central London.

The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work alongside the maintenance team on site and the duties will include carrying out M&E / Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large site.

This is an immediate vacancy with a permanent position available after a trial period.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below mechanical plant;



* Pumps
* Motors
* Water treatment
* HVAC
* Cooling Systems
* Air Conditioning (AHU/FCU's)
* Plumbing

Pay Rate

For the right candidate you could be paid up to £18 per hour (37k per annum) with overtime available

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

Requirements



* Mechanically biased / qualified (NVQ or City & Guilds)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-Skilled
* Good communication skills
* Must be immediately available or able to start at short notice
