Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift) | City of London (Liverpool Street) £37,000 + Excellent Package
My client is currently recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a shift position (Day Shift) in a prestigious, flagship premises within the City of London.
Technical duties will includ; Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps, Motors, Belts, Fans, Boiler checks, Generator tests, Emergency Lighting, Fault Finding, Wiring, Power Distribution, Sockets, Circuits. etc. Day to day duties will also include other general building services.
This will be working with a client for one of the most attractive, growing businesses in the UK building services industry.
Requirements:Experience working in commercial building servicesMechanical City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalentApprentice trained - Desired not essential HVAP - Current - desired not essentialAble to work the hours advertisedExperience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises are preferable.
