A leading building services maintenance provider is currently looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a Commercial site in the City of London. Continually winning reputable contracts, due to their name in the market, this maintenance provider offers the successful mechanically qualified engineer a great opportunity for a stable and long term career within the business.
The role will be working Monday to Friday days, with lots of opportunity for overtime.
Job Specification:
Experience of Planned & Reactive Works across various Mechanical & Electrical plant such as:
AHU's, FCU's, Plumbing, Pumps, Motors, Belts, Water Treatment, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Conditioning systems, Heat Exchangers, alongside good general HVAC building services trade skills.Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activitiesExperience issuing permits to workSupervision of Sub-contractors
The package is:
£36,000 - £40,000 + overtimeMonday to Friday, Days only25 days holiday Pension/Healthcare
