Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: City of London
Building Type: Commercial and Critical Buildings
We are working closely with our top FM service providers, and they are on a lookout for a new permanent staff member to join one of their main contracts in London!
Overall Tasks
- Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance
- Responding to reactive tasks on site
- Maintaining and servicing mechanical plant rooms
- Monitoring the BMS
- Logging completed jobs on the company log books
- Following health and safety protocols on site
- Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
- Participating in annual building shutdowns
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday (split shifts available)
- 40 hours per week
Package Overview
- £40,000 to £46,000
- Funded training courses
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Requirements
- Knowledge of building service maintenance
- Experience working on; Cooling towers, Chillers, AHU's, Fan coil units, Boilers and Water treatment
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Legionella awareness
