Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Days - Hemel Hempstead - Up to £19 per hour - Immediate Start - Client Direct - Temp to Perm

I have a fantastic opportunity to work directly for a large hospital based in Hemel Hempstead. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work within an established maintenance team.

The client is a leading hospital with an excellent reputation that are looking to grow their building services team in order to deliver a first class service.

Hours

Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm - Overtime hours also available

Responsibilities



* Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
* General building services tasks
* Pumps, Motors, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, Steam and Plumbing
* Maintenance across the entire site including wards, communal areas, plant rooms, critical areas and office space
* Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service

Requirements



* Apprentice Trained (desirable)
* Mechanical Engineering Level 2 & 3 Or Plumbing Level 2 & 3
* Client Facing
* Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
