My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join there team on a large commercial site in Macclesfield. This role will be initially on a contract basis with the view to go permanent. My client is looking for someone from a Facilities Management background.

The ideal candidate for this role will be ambitious and technically astute, with a can do attitude. This role will initially be on a contract basis with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in client faces roles on static sites. Training will also be available.

The Mechanical Engineer will be part of a small mixed team and will be responsible for:

Planned and Reactive Maintenance Repairs
Repairs on all HVAC Equipment including:
AHU's
FCU's
Pumps
Motors
Plumbing
Hot & Cold Water Systems
Water Treatment
Electrical Works
The successful candidate will have;

2 years' UK FM Experience (minimum)
Experience in Client Facing Roles
Static Site Experience
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 or Time Served Apprenticeship or A Recognised Equivalent
Hours of work will be 8am-4.30pm with possible overtime available.
