Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a change ?

My client is a large FM company who have a department dedicated to M&E maintenance, they are looking for experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a small team on a site in Salisbury.

Responsibilities:



* Working on a variety of building types
* Day to day duties include undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance
* Carrying out minor repairs and fault finding to the buildings/grounds as required
* General plumbing works

To be successful in this role, my client are keen to meet with individuals with the following:



* Electrical apprenticeship qualified
* Minimum City & Guilds/ NVQ Level, 1&2 in Mechanical Maintenance
* Proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance
* Be proactive in their approach to work
