Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Location: West London

Salary: £85,000 basic salary

My client is a leading MEP contractor based in central London. Backed by a long history they are renowned for creating & applying innovative ideas across the building services industry. The business is dedicated to project delivery and they have consistently set a high operational standard over the last 25 years. Due to a significant growth period the business are seeking a senior mechanical project manager to join the company overseeing two prestigious design & build developments.

About the role

As senior mechanical project manager you will be responsible for:

* Working closely with the pre-construction team in developing the Mechanical packages
* Tender reviews
* Involved with bid presentations
* Attending project, client and subcontractor progress meetings.
* On site review and management of Mechanical Building Services installation

Remuneration package

In return my client is offering the following:

* A basic salary of up to £85,000
* Discretionary bonuses (up to 15%)
* Fully expensed travel
* Contributory pension scheme
* Private Healthcare
* 25 days holiday
