Mechanical Project Manager

Are you experienced with managing Mechanical installations on Commercial fit out projects?

Capable of delivering across multiple projects with a total value of up to £3 million?

My client are a small Mechanical Contractor near Crawley, West Sussex that focus primarily on commercial projects valued up to £4-5 million; with an average project value of between £1-3 million.

More often than not you will be managing a couple of projects at one time, with one larger main project, and then a smaller development on the side.

Expectations / Requirements:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement

Package:



* £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
* Pension
* 25 days holiday
* Free parking
* Set progression plan
