Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a driven and ambitious Mechanical Project Manager looking to progress your career working on prestigious projects?

Looking to join a business that will encourage and assist your development?

My client are looking for experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team as they continue to deliver landmark projects across East Anglia.

You will work within a structured and supported team, alongside a full staffed Commercial team at pre-construction, through to Site Supervisors / Managers to assist with the installation of services on site.

Duties:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement

Package:



* Starting Salary of £45,000 to £55,000
* Pension
* 25 days Holiday
