Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a tenacious Mechanical Project Manager with experience working on Residential Projects, particularly Plant Rooms?

Looking for your next long term contract in the heart of Kent?

My client are a Principle Contractor delivering services to large scale Residential developments across the South East and into London.

Your role will see you office based, liaising with key clients and managing sub-contractors to ensure the successful delivery of Mechancial services including complex plantrooms, and district heating schemes.

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be expected to be able to perform the following duties:



* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contract packages.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required

In return, you will be offered:
