Are you a methodical Mechanical Project Manager that wants to work within an Established Principle Contractor?

Have you ever worked on projects in a live/occupied environment?

My client are an award winning Mechanical Contractor, that usually operate as a Principle Contractor directly for various local authorities and boroughs across the Kent/London Boarder.

As a business they turn over around £10 million per year, made up exclusively of Residential projects, with a main focus on the heavy infrastructure of Resi developments. They will replace and upgrade existing plantrooms and district heating schemes.

Duties of a Mechanical Project Manager:

* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
