Mechanical Site Manager

Randstad CPE is working on behalf of a tier one M&E contractor in Central London. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/Supervisor with Commercial Fit out Experience. Ideally the individual will have experience working on commercial projects between £10-£50 million.

This particular client is based in the heart of East/Central London; typical projects are normally based in the zones 1-3. Currently the business has a turnover of over £100 million with expected growth to continue. They offer good progression and provide support throughout the team with a strong team ethos, this opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop with a tier one M&E contractor.

Commercial fit out experience is essential for this particular role, please do not apply if you have NO commercial fit out experience as you will not be considered for this role.

* Liaison with clients to ensure project is in budget and delivered on time
* Attend client meetings
* Commissioning
* Liaison with Site manager/Supervisors
* Enforce & comply with comply with company health and safety regulations
* Record goods received and inspect for quality
* Carry out site inductions
