Mechanical Site Manager - Greenwich - £40,000 to £50,000 plus Vehicle

Are you a proven Mechanical Site Manager capable of delivering District Heating projects valued up to £3 million?

Do you have the ability to control and monitor a Mechanical package on Residential projects?

My client are a well known Principle Contractor based in the heart of Kent that focus entirely within the Residential market, providing services to end users such as Local Councils and Housing Authorities in London.

They are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their growing team after winning a large amount of work with Greenwich Council.

This family run organisation primarily focus on the Plantrooms, District Heating and CHP aspects of New Build and occupied developments.

Duties for Mechanical Site Manager:

* Enforcing RAMS
* Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services
* Co-ordinate delivery of materials
* Report to Project Manager
* Progress Meetings / Reports
* Health and Safety & First Aid desirable

Package for Mechanical Site Manager:

* £40,000 to £50,000
