Mechanical Site Manager

£45,000 - £50,000 + Package

Location - London

Are you looking for a new opportunity to work for a well established M&E contractor?

My client is looking for Mechanical Site manager to be based out of their southern office, covering projects in London. They have an excellent list of clientele. They have turnover of over £60m.

My client offers a combined M&E service a for new builds and fit out after the request from their clients in government, commercial, health, hotels, education and retail market sectors.

Ideally candidates will come from an M&E sub contractual background and have a good mix in the industry sectors.

Main duties will include



* Supervision of all Mechanical sub-contractors on site
* Ordering of all materials
* Managing the H&S on site and maintaining the H&S paperwork for monthly audits.
* The running of site inductions.
* Assisting with value engineering where possible.
* Reviewing, maintaining performance and quality. Whilst trying to reduce cost.
* Procurement sourcing and developing agreements.
* Assisting the Mechanical Project Manager
