Mechanical Project Manager

With an excellent list of clientele, my client has growth year on year with a turnover of over £70m. My client's capabilities over the years have extended to include a combined M&E service as requested by their clients. Offering a new build and fit out service for the government, commercial, health, hotels, education and retail markets.


* High Wycombe - Covering London


* £45,000 - £49,000


* Responsible to the Contracts Manager
* Responsible for the safety and welfare of all Site Operatives
* Perform Site Inductions
* Responsible for the issue and control of site issued PPE
* Attend daily Safety/Co-ordination Meetings with Client
* Chair Daily Meeting with Sub Contractors (Set to Work)
* Perform Tool Box Talks minimum once per week with Sub
* Contractors Supervisors
* Create Sub Contractor H&S Quality folders and ensure that these are
* Maintained by Sub Contractor on a regular basis.
* Training Audit
* Tool Box Talks
* Plant Register
* Face Fit Records
* Scaffold/Podium Register
* PAT Test Records
* Noise Assessments
* Vibration Assessments
* Clearance Conformance Records
* Marked up As Built Drawings
* Maintain and issue Permits to Work
* Monitor and Verify Hot Work Permits are in Place and Signed Off Daily
* Authorised Person for Services Energisation Procedures and Safe Isolations
* Responsible for the implementation of Quality Control Sheets and sign off
* Responsible for the implementation of room/ceiling/void closure notices and sign off
