Mechanical Site Manager

If you are tired of working in a high pressure, blame game environment and want to work closely together with a team then look no further. I have an exciting opportunity to work for a medium size M&E Contractor on either a freelance or permanent basis. You will be working directly under a Mechanical Project Manager and Contracts Manager, so it is a well structured site with good levels of support from everyone.

Your role will be very much site based reporting back to the Project Manager with any issues, you will be the eyes and ears on site as well as having to carry out the usual reporting duties in the office.

Location: London

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Project:



* Residential new build scheme
* 157 units split over 4 blocks
* £8m total M&E package - £4.5m Mechanical
* High spec finishes

Experience:



* Experience working in a supervisory or site management role
* Experience of residential build projects is ideal
* Experience within the M&E sector is essential
