Mechanical Site Supervisor

Are you a career driven Mechanical Site Supervisor looking to progress with a large M&E Contractor?

Experience Managing sites valued up to £5 million across London?

A capable Mechanical Site Supervisor / Manager is required to join a market leading M&E Contractor with offices based in Romford and projects in London.

This Group business turns over £120 million over the course of a year, with this specialist division contributing roughly £13 million, with projects valued up to £5 million.

Projects will mainly be between the Retail and Fit-out sector, however you will focus almost exclusively on the Fit-out sector, so experience within this field will be advantageous.

What will be expected of you:



* Manage direct and sub-contractor labour
* Enforce RAMS
* Tool-box talks
* Report to the Project Manager on progress on site
* Material delivery co-ordination
* Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services

You will receive:



* An annual Salary of between £40,000 to £50,000 per annum DOE
* Expenses
