Mechanical Supervisor - Central London

Business Introduction

My client is a Market leading M&E Contractor across London and the South. The business has been running for over 20 years They are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to work out of their London Region on a mixed use development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/ Supervisor to progress their career while having the opportunity to fast track their career up to Project Management.


The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

* To ensure delivery and maintenance of each job programme.
* Scheduling work & allocating resources
* Ensuring that defined quality standards are achieved in each project.
* Maintaining Health & Safety Standards on each project
* Making sure that each project is cost effective in order to maximise profitability.


To be successful in your application:

* Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Mechanical Building Services industry
* Ideally come from a trades/ City & Guilds Background in a relevant Mechanical field.
* Have gained experience working on projects with Mechanical values upwards of £2 million
