The Role
Salary 25k + Uncapped commissions
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business across all allocated products and territory in the international legal division. You will use your relationship management and negotiation skills to grow your client base by approaching new clients, planning and preparing presentations and communicating their product offering.

Qualification / Experience / Attitude Required
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*1-2 years minimum of selling B2B new business deals in a telephone-based role
*Good track record of sales performance
*Good rapport building skills with new business prospects and existing clients
*Good negotiation skills
*Strong verbal and written skills
*IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
*Self-motivated and driven
*Aptitude for working to targets and deadlines
*Coached or mentored more junior sales team members
Key Responsibilities
*Lead generation using both internal and external research resources
*Implementation of sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
*Progression of Leads through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed
*Updating our group CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity at all times
*Ensuring your clients have signed contracts and orders are processed in line with the compliance criteria within Globe
*Maintain effective working relationships with your colleagues
*Develop an understanding of the key markets we operate in
