Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills? Our Client, a provider of private healthcare services are seeking an administrator to join their customer services and operations team on a permanent basis in their office in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire.

The ideal candidate will be flexible with the hours they can work, predominately this role will be 20 hours a week working from 9am - 1pm, however during busy periods you will be required to work 9am - 5pm.

Working closely with the customer service operations team, clients and clinicians the successful candidate will be carrying out general administration tasks to support the company to deliver a high quality service.

Key Responsibilities



* Liaise with clinicians, pathologists, clients and colleagues to deal with enquiries over the phone, via e-mail and face to face
* Keeping all medical records up to date and accurate, receiving hospital request forms and microscope slides and ensuring this is loaded correctly onto patient case records
* Update and maintain information for the running of unit, including tracker's and databases. Dealing with records and client accounts
* Ensuring that patient and staff information remains secure and confidential, ensuring to comply with local and national policies for the safe, secure and confidential processing and management of patient and other information
* Receive hospital request form and microscope slides whilst uploading and updating patient case records including entering medical information onto the system
* Other general administrative and office duties

Key Skills & Experience



* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working within Healthcare
* Previous experience with Customer Service & Admin
* Excellent typing skills
* Computer literate
* Excellent attention to detail

This role is paying a salary of £18,500 pro rata.
