job description

Working in a low-secure setting is challenging but all the more rewarding when you are able to look back at the end of a shift and know that you are helping a vulnerable adult to rehabilitate themselves and stabilise their mental health. Are you available immediately and looking for a change? Based just outside of the bustle of the city of Cardiff, we are looking for RMN/RNLD's with drive and passion to work long days on a long term basis. With pay of up to £25 per hour, why not put your experience to use in a service that needs you.

Why work for Randstad? Our benefits speak for themselves:

* Support - every shift runs with 2 qualified and experienced nurses at minimum
* Training - Randstad offers specialist training to make you the best you can be, including PMVA, PBM as well as EFAW and many more
* Flexibility - with part time and full time working patterns available you can work when it suits you!
* Great pay - we know it's not the be all and end all but you will earn £225 to £312.50 per shift
* Freedom - Randstad's new work app allows you to book in for shifts and update your availability on the go!

Working as a Mental Health Nurse means so many things! You will be expected to:

* Have a full and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric care
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and rehabilitate young adults on a daily basis
* Evaluate and monitor residents care plans to ensure individual patient led care is given at all times

Sound like the right role for you? To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the right nurse will:

* Be passionate about the support and rehabilitation of vulnerable adults with Mental Health concerns
* Have a clear and active NMC PIN
* Currently hold, or be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS
* Have a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar setting

Get in touch with me today to learn more about how you can become part of Randstad's team. Call Samantha Marriott on 02920 877 510. Don't forget! Randstad offer a £300 Love2Shop voucher for any successful nurse referral you make (RGN, RMN or RNLD).

Randstad Care acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client. Randstad Care is an equal opportunities employer and decisions are made on merits alone.

Did you know that Randstad Care have been awarded a place on the National Clinical Staffing Framework for the NHS? This means we will be able to bring you more opportunities within nursing & midwifery and clinical staffing.
