Mental Health Practitioner - Employment - 19 hours per week.
£13000 - £16000 salary pro rata
London

Randstad are working alongside a leading welfare to work and employability organisation. They are recruiting for an Mental Health Practitioner to cover London and southern home counties, on a part time 19 hours per week basis.

Main Duties:



* Conduct initial assessments with participants of the employability programme.
* Develop a Support Plan and Communication Plan with the participant, focusing on improving their health and enabling them to stay in, or return to work.
* Provide face to face, telephone and live chat based interventions to participants, as well as an Out of Hours Service on a rota basis
* Offer advice and guidance to participants with regard to their health and empowering them to manage their health more independently and effectively.
* Monitor participants' mental health and tailoring interventions to their individual needs as changes occur, providing in-work support as required

Experience:



* Experience within the employability sector and working knowledge of biopsychosocial healthcare.
* A registered health professional with regulatory bodies such as the HCPC, BACP, BABCP or NMC.
* Full driving license.
