Are you looking for health care role in Brighton area? You are in luck, as we are currently recruiting for experienced support workers asap!

This is a specialist hospital providing secure services for patients with mental illnesses and/or personality disorders including both medium and low secure care environments.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants with the opportunity to work various shifts which fits around your availability. The pay starts from £10p/h and we can offer long days, morning or evening shifts.

Successful candidates will have to attend PMVA training (prevention and management of violence and aggression) as the client's expertise enables them to support patients with a high level of risk and challenging behaviours.

The requirements:

- Demonstrates a positive attitude toward mental health

- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills

- Effective pro-active communication skills
