Mobilisation Supervisor - London - Commercial Contracts - Up to 45k

Are you a maintenance supervisor looking for a slight chnge of career path?

Do you have experience of mobilising contracts?

If the answer is yes then please read on....

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the more established maintenance companies to work on a number of their prestigious London contracts.

They are looking for a mobilisiaton supervisor work across all of their high end commercial contracts offering technical support as and where need and also play a major part in the setting up of new contracts.

The role will also encompass contract mobilisations, asset surveys and site cover as and when needed.

The role will be working closely with the operations team to make sure the agreed level of service to existing clients is adhered to and also look at further opportunities to bring in new business.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 17.00 and the package is as follows:

* Salary up to 45K

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:

* Electrically or mechanically qualified to recognised level.
* HV authorised or be prepared to become HVAP
* Experience of mobilising contracts.
* Good commercial awareness.
* Asset Management experience.
* A good understanding of building services maintenance.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Basic financial understanding including knowledge of budgets.
* Good man-management skills.
* Smart, presentable and client facing.
