Modern Foreign Languages Teacher

Southend Area

Responsibilities:

*Teach French and Spanish throughout the age and ability ranges. The ability to teach key stage 5 is desirable although not essential

*Create well-differentiated and engaging lessons, with a view to impacting on each learner's progress equally

*Be able to identify students who might be falling behind and put processes in place to aid accelerated progress for them

Requirements:

*Have Qualified Teacher Status in UK secondary schools. The position would suit an NQT and there are levels of responsibility with TLRs available for the right candidate

*Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students

*Have a proven track record of impacting on student achievement and the development of the department

*Exude a passion for learning and a driving ambition for every learner to progress
