I am working on a new opportunity with a busy and well established Property Consultancy based in the heart of Brighton & Hove. My client offer the full spectrum of property related services tailored to each clients individual needs.

Due to continued growth this well established property company now require a MRICS Building Surveyor to join the team. Working closely with the Senior partners you will play an important part in developing and building the professional services team.

The Role will include:

* RICS Building Condition Surveys
* Preparation of Feasibility studies
* Production of specifications and schedules of work
* Contract Administration of extension and refurbishment projects
* Submission of planning and building control applications
* Party Wall etc. Act 1996

The Candidate:

* Assoc.RICS/MRICS qualified

Key Competencies:

* Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail
* Effective in both oral and written communications
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to follow instruction independently and work effectively as part of a team
* Good levels of computer literacy with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and AutoCAD LT
* Full UK driving license
