Are you a Multi Skilled Carpenter with experience in Domestic Maintenance? Are you looking for a Long Term Contract in the Swindon area? This could be the ideal contract for you! Paying up to £17 per hour.

The Contract

You will be working with a well established contractor who carry out Domestic Repairs in the Wiltshire area.

Duties will include:

* Carpentry & Joinery: Doors, skirting, architraves, grab rails and kitchen units
* UPVC Windows and Doors
* Lock repairs and replacements
* Patch Plastering
* Painting & Decorating

The company work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:30.

You will be provided with a company van and a fuel card.

Initially this contract starts on a temporary basis, paying up to £17 per hour. This will lead to a permanent position for the ideal candidate.

The Candidate

Ideally you will be a qualified Carpenter with experience in Domestic Repairs, specifically within Social Housing.

You will require:

* City & Guilds / NVQ
* Full UK Driving Licence
