MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER REQUIRED!
Our multinational client is seeking an Engineer!

Be responsible primarily for carrying out PPM tasks in line with the annual contract PPM plan and KPI performance parameters, and reactive tasks and delivery of small works.
Be responsible for management/escorting of subcontractors, completion of permit to work documents for subcontractors and vetting RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work when supervising subcontractors.
Must have a flexible "can do" approach and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a wider team.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota if required
Act as an AP for the site.
Prepare quotations for self-delivered corrective works identified during PPM inspections, and variable works as requested by the client's representatives
Work with wider FM Team to support any other duties falling within your skill set and qualifications (including handyperson and porterage duties).
Must have a sound working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
