Are you a Multi Skilled Operative looking for a permanent position in the Devon/Cornwall area? Do you have experience in Responsive Maintenance? This could be the ideal position for you! Paying up to £29,250 + Van, Fuel, Holiday and Pension.

The Contract

The company are currently looking for 2 x Multi Skilled Tradesmen to join their team on a Permanent basis.

You will be working on Responsive Maintenance of various properties covering from Exeter down to Penzance.

Duties will include:



* 2nd Fix Carpentry works
* 2nd Fix Plumbing
* Painting and Decorating
* Plastering works

The ideal candidate will be able to cover all trades, but if you can not cover all trades, you will still be considered for the position.

They are paying between £25,000 - £29,250 depending on experience.

This position also includes:



* Company van and fuel
* 28 days holiday
* Pension
* Company phone allowance

The company work 40 hours a week, 8:00 - 16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in Responsive Maintenance on Commercial/Domestic properties and have a excellent customer service skills.

You will require:



* City & Guilds/NVQ in a Relevant Trade
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
