Are you a Multi Skilled Tradesman looking for a Permanent Contract in Bristol? Are you able to plaster as well as turning your hand to other trades? This could be the ideal contract for you! Take home up to £29,000 per annum + company van, fuel and phone.

The Company

The company you will be working with are a well established national service provider, who hold several commercial and domestic property maintenance contracts in and around the Bristol area.

They are renowned for providing exceptional training and support, ensuring their team have the skills they require to progress in the industry.

The Contract

The company currently require a Multi Skilled Tradesman to join their reactive maintenance team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

* Carpentry: Skirting, architraves and doors
* Lock and window repairs
* Minor plumbing: tap replacements
* Effectively communicating with management
* Plastering

This is a permanent contract offering a base salary of £24,460, including overtime at time and a half.

Call out work with a flat rate of £150 + time and a half while on call out. Meaning you could be earning £29,000+ a year.

Company hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in domestic maintenance and be confident with plastering as well as other trades.

You will require:

* City & Guilds in a relevant field (Plastering, Carpentry or Plumbing)
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
