Multi-trader Repairs (carpentry bias)

Dartford

Full Time

Temp - Permanent

£11 per hour

Randstad CPE - Social Housing Multi-trader

Full Time - Permanent

Randstad CPE is working in partnership with one of the country's largest maintenance providers to identify an experienced and highly skilled Multi-trader. Having reassessed the workload on their busy social housing contract they now need to bolster and expand their maintenance team.

You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on social housing maintenance contracts. You will also have:



* Experience delivering all aspects of reactive repairs to domestic properties
* Experience of working within occupied properties
* A good knowledge of a broad range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating

As a Multi-trader working on this contract you will be part of a team who completes reactive repairs in properties across the Hastings area. This role also offers successful candidates:



* Van and fuel
* Annual Leave
