    JOB TITLE: National Account Manager

    START DATE: ASAP

    CONTRACT: 4 Months Temp to Perm

    PAY RATE: £56k per annum + Car allowance

    LOCATION: Maidenhead - Hybrid

    The Client

    Specialised in the emerging market of Infectious diseases, our client has a wide range of products that tackle HIV,Malaria, Hepatitis, Covid and much more. The biggest regions that they are working within are in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.

    The Project

    To lead the account management of Boots/Superdrug, driving internal sales growth and building strong relationships with the customers to maintain strong category performance. You will be responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales via the customers in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Demand & Supply, QA and Legal.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Achieving sales and growth targets within the set accounts
    • Build strong day to day relationships with Boots/Superdrug and implementing agreed annual, promotional and ranging plans
    • Liaising with eCommerce manager to align plans for .com
    • Working cross functional with key teams on day to day Finance, Inventory and Marketing needs

    Experience we are looking for:

    • Full P&L responsibility
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong forecasting ability
    • Managed Top 4 Grocer or Boots
    • Evidence of achieving annual commercial targets
    • Excellent cross-functional working experience
    • Strong evidence of project management competency and proven track record of delivering on time and within budget
    • Has the skills and knowledge to lead and implement strategies and annual plans with the customer base.
    • Experience of FMCG/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or appropriate marketing/business sector is preferred
