    Role: Neighborhood housing officer

    Pay rate: 12.17 ph

    Location: Gateshead (Various Including some hybrid working )

    Working hours - 37 Hours per week

    Hours Monday - Thursday 9-5pm Friday 9-4.30pm

    3 months contract with likelihood to be extended further due to high demand and workload.

    Are you looking for a new role?

    Randstad are working closely with a north east local authority. They require a neighborhood officer to respond to tenancy and estate management issues within their service.

    Key responsibilities include;

    • Manage a patch of properties and provide customer service for any tenancy related issues.
    • Work with vulnerable tenants and liaise with partners
    • Conduct visits where required
    • Provide correct advice within the rehousing process
    • General admin duties as and when required

    Qualifications needed 5 GCSE'S A* - C Including Maths and English. Also be willing to undertake any additional training as required.

    Full Uk driving license

    Desirable;

    • Hold a professional housing qualification
    • Experience within property, estate and tenancy management
