    Job - Neighbourhood Officer

    Location - Sunderland

    Rate 10.59 per hour

    Hours per week - 37

    Randstad are working closely with a Tyne and Wear local authority who requires the services of a Neighbourhood Officer.

    Our client are currently looking to take on a Neighbourhood Officer to support public health responsibilities in relation to any emerging COVID concerns.

    You will be required to proactively report other community issues acting as the eyes and ears in communities and undertake low level engagement actions to tackle issues of environmental crime and anti-social behaviour. The job will involve some weekend work and you will work on a rota accordingly.

    This is not an enforcement role, so you will not be required to impose fines. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within customer facing environments such as retail, hospitality, customer services or security and have an ability to act with tact and diplomacy to encourage and advise.

    Required -

    - Full Valid driving licence

    - Eligibility to work in the UK

    - 2 Years of references
