Do you love working in an education setting?

Are you an LSA and interested in working with a younger age group?

Do you thrive working with younger children and cant get enough of seeing the wonderful ways children grow in confidence, self esteem and character when supported in an Early Years Education setting?

Looking for a role that will give you fun, working closely in a team, many rewards and some challenges too? This is not the typical 9-5 role. In this job no 2 days are the same.

Are you looking for a rewarding career within the childcare or early years sector? Looking for a nursery role that will give you new challenges, provide lots of fun, engage in exciting and interactive activities and unleash your creative side?

We are looking for Nursery Assistants in Southend-On-Sea to provide quality childcare, play and early education for young children. If you have genuine passion for giving children the best possible start to their education journey then we want to speak to you.

The nurseries we work in are warm welcoming and vibrant. They pride themselves on support and team ethos as well as excellent quality care for the young children attending the nursery.

You will need a range of qualities and skills, with some previous experience supporting learning and development within a nursery setting.

We are looking for candidates with;

* commitment, to improve the lives of children and their families
* patience, with children, their families and the early years environment
* flexibility, to deal with change and the unexpected
* creativity
* lots of energy, to keep up with the children and stay motivated
* sense of humour, to keep learning fun

We are able to offer;

* Plenty of opportunities in a variety of settings
* Part time, day to day work and full time work
* Competitive rates of pay
* Free CPD such as safeguarding or prevent training.

You will be required to hold a current DBS check however we can help you obtain one. you will also be required to provide 2 references based on your previous childcare employment.

Candidates with a level 2/ level 3 childcare qualification would be ideal but we are happy to hear from candidates that are not qualified but experienced. Interested? Please call Jess on 01245 260100 or send your CV to chelmsford@randstadeducation.co.uk and I will contact you so we can continue your application!

Looking forward to hearing from you.
