Just Childcare are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who is nurturing, can inspire and have fun to join one of their nurseries based in the Burnley area on a temporary, full time basis.

Every nursery in the Just Childcare family is different because they are all part of communities with different needs. Some are Forest Schools, some teach French and Spanish, whilst others have state-of-the-art sensory rooms.

What they all have in common is that they are run by staff who have been carefully chosen for their kindness, professionalism and passion for childcare.

The Role



* Working with an age range of 0-5 years.
* Shifts between 7.30am and 6pm.
* Planning of curriculum with room colleagues as per Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Promoting growth and development, whilst consistently upholding the standards of the nursery.
* Ensure that together you conform to and exceed the requirements of OFSTED.
* You will lead the team to provide a caring and educational environment for all of the children with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for parents and carers.

The Skills



* Minimum NVQ Level 3 Childcare, Learning and Development (or an equivalent Early Years Qualification).
* Good understanding of the EYFS and OFSTED standards.
* At least 2 years previous experience managing teams and/or the daily running of a Nursery.
* Good understanding of all safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* An enthusiastic and caring attitude towards working with children.
