Are you a Level 3 Nursery Nurse in Oxford? Do you want to work in a rural village location?

* Are you a minimum Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse?

If the answers to the above questions are yes a national nursery chain is recruiting for a level 3 Nursery Nurse for one of their Nurseries in Oxford. You must be Level 3 qualified with appropriate experience as the nursery want the person who takes this position to eventually take on room leader responsibilities.

You must have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and be comfortable supporting a strong team of assistants, nurses and apprentices.

The nursery will provide on-going training and can offer the successful candidate the chance to progress at a pace that suits them as they firmly believe in recruiting from within.

The nursery has easy access from the A417 between Wantage and Harwell. The nursery is purpose built with state of the art facilities, modern equipment but in a homely environment. There is off road parking and has a large secure garden and separate baby garden. All of this is situated next to a picturesque village in an unspoilt rural setting,

Your responsibilities include:

* Being flexible on the locations you will work in.
* Being flexible on the start times of your shifts.
* Be able to cover various age ranges in the EYFS.
* Providing support to newly qualified Nursery Assistants and Apprentices.

You will need:

* A full and relevant Early Years qualification - Level 3 or above.
* An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
* A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
* To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.
