Do you have a nursery work experience and looking for full-time or part-time work in the Sale region? Do you enjoying working in a proactive and supportive team? Then we may have the position for you. We are looking to fill an early year's educator job with flexible working hours in a nursery within the Trafford area.

The nursery is looking to take on someone that is open to flexible working hours and can be a reliable member of staff to join their growing team. The nursery aims to provide great childcare to their children and create positive and strong relationships with the families. They aim to support and encourage the children positively to help them reach their full potential within their development.

While encouraging the children to develop positively through play and other activities, you will be responsible for the protection and safety of the children. Some other responsibilities of the role will include:

* Safeguarding the children on a daily basis
* Encouraging a daily routine to help prepare the older children when entering school
* Build strong relationships with the team and families
* Encouraging the children's learning through play and interactive activities
* Teaching the children basic life skills to encourage their development

* Good understanding of safeguarding
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS and how it is used within the different ages
* Ability to communicate effectively with the team and parents/careers
* Have experience within an early years role or similar
* Be CACHE qualified (preferable)

This position needs filling as soon as possible and the candidate should have a DBS on the Update service or the willingness to complete a new one with Randstad.
