Nursery Room Leader - Letchworth Garden City

A qualified room leader is required for an 'Outstanding' nursery in Letchworth Garden City?

The role is suitable to those with a Level 3 qualification or above with appropriate experience in a similar setting. You must have experience of working in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The purpose built nursery has spacious playrooms and is situated close to the town centre with easy access to the A1, local train station and public transport routes.

Activities include Sing and Sign, Music and Movement and all children take part in the School Readiness Programme to prepare them as they move into school.

The nursery will provide on-going training and can offer the successful candidate the chance to progress at a pace that suits them as they firmly believe in recruiting from within.

* Undertake regular training and professional development.

You will need:

* A full and relevant Early Years qualification - Level 3 or above.
* An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
* A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
* To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.
