We currently require a Nursery Room Leader to work in the baby room of a central Liverpool nursery. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and committed. Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the practitioners and quality of childcare within the baby room, ensuring stimulating and inspiring activities

-Assist with the monitoring of staff performance within the room

-Coach and mentor practitioners to deliver high quality childcare

-Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop

-Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school.

-Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children

-Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children

Skills and Experience:

- An unrivalled dedication to childcare

- Minimum 2 years childcare experience

- Experience of working in a baby room

- Experience of a leadership role

- Level 3 qualification- NNEB, NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 diploma in childcare and education

- Committed to your own career development

- A commitment and dedication to deliver exceptional childcare

- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
