Are you a Senior Administrator/Office Manager who has worked in a construction environment? Are you strong with microsoft programs and have good general IT skills? Do you have some exposure to the Estimating/commercial side of construction?

Our client are looking for an Office Manager to work in a busy civil engineering company based in Leeds. The role is key in linking the work of the Estimating and Bid teams, as well as ensuring that filing and documenting of all works is accurately done.

The ideal candidate will have:

* IT skills
* Strong experience as Senior Administrator and/or Office Manager
* Some construction/civil engineering exposure, particularly with estimating or similar
* A desire to produce quality work
* A keen attitude towards work
* Willing to cover a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the company

The role will involve the following tasks:


* Managing incoming tenders
* Filing incoming tenders in line with OP21
* Keeping tender register up-to-date
* Downloading tender information from source and managing tender server
* Telephone follow up calls of tenders submitted
* Weekly reporting of Estimator's tenders
* Weekly reporting of Estimator's time allocation on tenders
* Weekly updates on changes to tender register
