Are you an Office Manager based in London, looking for a exciting job opportunity?

A large construction company is looking for an office manager to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Construction experience is ideal but not necessary, however you must have previous experience working as an Office manager.

Benefits:



* To work for a large construction company
* A chance to be involved in multiple projects
* The role is paid annually between £22,000 - £25,000.

Responsibilities:



* Supervising multiple teams
* Organising events
* Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
* Dealing with senior operations managers
* Office Archiving
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry would be ideal
* Previous Office Manager experience
