A start - up Construction Company is looking to give an Office Manager the opportunity to progress within their career and learn valuable skills, within construction?
A small main contractor is looking for a part time office manager to join their team. They work on both residential and commercial civils projects and needs someone to help take control of administration and basic accounts. This is a permanent part time role, and is offering a salary between £30,000 to £35,000.
Construction experience is necessary. Office manager or admin experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:
* Managing the office flow
* Dealing with invoices
* Understand and processing PQQ tender packages
* Supervising multiple teams
* Organising events
* Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
* Dealing with senior operations managers
* Office Archiving
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Preparation of outgoing post
* Arranging couriers
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry would be ideal
