I am recruiting for an Office Manager to join a prestigious, financial services brand, located in Winchester City Centre, starting in December. This is a permanent, full time job role, paying £30,000 - £35,000, working Monday to Friday office hours.

As the Office Manager you will support and report directly into the Head of Office, have direct line management of a team of administrators and assist with the daily, office, operational management - all whilst starting in a brand new office!

*Take on line management responsibility for all administrators within the office and develop standardised central processes for all
*Assist with the daily operational management of the office and lead on the delivery of projects with the office
*Help develop measures to reinforce the desired culture
*Liaising with all areas, teams and colleagues within the business
*Facilitate the awareness and the development of a Business Continuity plan for the office
*Help develop accurate and timely MI for the Head of Office and team leaders, to monitor progress against the business plan
*Prepare reports for the monthly management meetings
*Help drive efficiency's across the office
*Prepare agenda for the monthly Senior Management meeting; attend in order to take minutes and actions, then distribute in a timely fashion

Skills, experience and attributes:
*Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work independently and manage your own work load to meet deadlines
*An openness to being flexible and working around others is key to this role
*Ability to work as part of a tight knit team and be able to respect the confidentiality of the work that the team does
*Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, whilst maintaining strong working relationships
*Ability to resolve issues creatively and in a timely manner
