I am currently looking for a strong document controller who has used Aconex and is experienced in compiling O&M Manuals to jump straight into a £10 million project.
Duties include:Using Aconex for document control and O&M ManualsEnsure each O&M manual is compiled with all relevant information within a specific timeframeLiaising with the consultant, client team, subcontractors and suppliers to chase for any information neededSupport and work alongside the current Document Controller with printing drawingsPick up and ad hoc administration duties including typing, printing, keeping spreadsheets up to date, filing etc.Answering incoming calls Pick up any addition admin duties that the team may need support withAssist the Directors with the ongoing development in the company make sure work is won
Requirements:Aconex experienceO&M Manual ExperienceGood Microsoft Office skills, including ExcelTeam playerAbility to priorities workload
