Oracle DBA - Cardiff - £40,000 to £52,000

A successful international technology provider in Cardiff is urgently seeking a new Oralce DBA to join their team. They are going through an exciting period of change and transformation in their database and application stack - implementing new platforms and data-heavy solutions to enable the business to scale.

You will be a key member of the technology team, responsible for the management, monitoring, performance and administration of all development, test and production Oracle databases. As they continue to grow the team you will have opportunities to take on more responsibility for mentoring more junior members and helping them to deliver new Oracle driven solutions to market.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- A strong track record as an Oracle Database Administrator

- Skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

- Database design experience

- Performance tuning database objects

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving


You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £40,000 to £52,000 depending on skills and experience

- 20% bonus
